This blend was inspired by the Golan Heights, a plateau rising straight up from the Sea of Galilee -- with snowy peaks that can be seen from across northern Israel in the winter and early spring. The Golan region is home to an array of rare plants found nowhere else in Israel, as well as icy cold springs that can flow throughout the year.
